The MAPP process includes four assessment tools, including the Local Public Health System Assessment. MAPP is a community-driven strategic planning framework that guides communities in developing and implementing efforts around the prioritization of public health issues and identification of resources to address them as defined by the 10 Essential Public Health Services.
